I am moving to NYC. I need someone to take over my lease.
2 bedroom - 1 bathroom apartment located Lexington street
east boston. (Biggest room in the unit with extra closet space)
-In unit washer/ dryer.
-Dishwasher
-Current roommate has a toy poddle dog but she keeps it in her room. The dog is super friendly.
-Lease - September 1st 2026 to August 31 2027.
This is official lease take over. You need to show prof of income. (4k in a month is more than enough) guarantors are welcome.
