Hi! My roommate Brooke & I are looking for a new roommate for our 3bed/2bath + bonus shared office/library apartment. Lease term is 9/1/2026-8/31/2027. Rent is $1650/month + utilities. Located in East Boston, about 2min walk to Maverick Square on the Blue Line, about 15min commute to downtown Boston! The apartment has tons of natural light, in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, central AC, & a patio.

We are looking to move quickly, our last tenant fell through unexpectedly!

The room available is the largest in the apartment with a beautiful bay window & plenty of space for a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, & reading chair. The walls in the room will be repainted back to their original grey unless you specifically request that our current roommate leave it as is.
