​Move-in: Official lease starts September 1st (with early move-in available as soon as August!).
​The Space: We are on the top floor of a classic walk-up (it’s technically the third floor, but since the first floor is a basement unit, it’s only a two-flight walk-up).
​Kitchen: We have a massive, highly spacious kitchen with a gorgeous view of East Boston and the airport.
​Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer.
​Parking & Transit: Located on a very quiet street with exceptionally easy on-street parking (our previous roommates never had an issue). We are a literal 2-minute walk to the Orient Heights Blue Line MBTA stop.
​The Household & Vibe
​You'll be sharing the space with Rob and me. We are clean, respectful, and relatively quiet guys who really value having a peaceful, relaxing home environment.
​Daily Life: During the day, we mostly work and keep to ourselves.
​Social Vibe: In the evenings, we love to unwind by catching a movie, chatting, and hanging out, but we always respect everyone's need for personal space and quiet time.
