I’m looking for a female roommate with long term sobriety or who doesn’t drink or party & is clean-Savin Hill Dorchester. Two T stops redline on this street. Rent is 1450 a month NO LAST OR SECURITY REQUIRED. You would have your own bathroom and one additional hall closet to urself as well as obviously your bedroom. Shared kitchen, living, and exercise room and porch that are already set up. I also have two cats who roam so must be a cat lover. Sadly, no kids or dogs.- shared bills - WiFi , Eversource(electric), Nat grid (heat/gas/hot water), street parking. privately message me if interested.
