Four Rooms available 9/1 in Dorchester

Hey all! I had some folks back out last second, so i am in crunch time to get more people on this lease! I have 3-4 rooms open in a 4b/2br in Uphams Corner, Dorchester, about a 15 minute walk from JFK/UMass, with access to multiple bus routes. There is also street parking available with no resident permit required.

I am a senior at UMass Boston, majoring in Sports Leadership and Administration, and have lived here since 2023. I’m usually at work or in class, and I am very laidback as a roommate. I like to keep common areas tidy, and tend to keep to myself, but I am also totally down for a more tight knit dynamic.

The other two roommates are a couple, who are also UMB students, and they have a cat!

Rent is $725/mo per person ($3600) altogether, and the landlord covers water and trash, while we are responsible for gas, electric, and WiFi. There is laundry in building (paid for via app), and we are in close proximity to South Bay for most of our daily necessities.
