Current residents are 2 older working males, quiet and keep to ourselves, seeking the same. 1 cat, another cat could be negotiated. Smoking only allowed outside per landlord's requirement (decks at the front and rear). The landlord will require a background check, first month and security deposit (equivalent to one month's rent). Great value for the location.
Utilities shared, approximately $100-150 a month.
