Hey y’all! Myself (28, Male) and my roommate (35, Male) are looking for 1-2 roommates to join us on a lease for a space starting on September 1st, lasting through August 31st of next year. It is a 4 bed, 2.5 bathroom space with an additional space that can be used as a guest room or multipurpose room. There are 2 bedrooms available, both with ample space, closet space, and a private bathroom for one of the rooms. This apartment comes with central AC, in unit laundry, gas stove, a balcony and a lot of space. The deposit for the apartment is $1000 total that would be used as a tenant add/transfer fee to add any new roommates to the lease.
