Room available in 4 bed apartment! You would join as the 3rd roommate, as we don’t currently have someone for the 4th smaller bedroom.

We are on a quiet street in the Jones Hill/Savin Hill area of Dorchester. My current roommate and I do not have cars and all of the necessities are within walking distance!

- 10 minute walk to Savin Hill MBTA, a little over 15 to JFK/UMass

- 10 minute walk to small grocery stores, 20 to Star Market

- Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby!

The roommates:

- Myself 26M, gay

- Roberto (26M, straight but ally af)

- We’re looking for someone likeminded - easygoing, clean, respectful. We both lean towards being a homebody, but love an occasional night out!

Free street parking, updated appliances, plenty of living space and storage. Laundry in basement. Pets not preferred. Message me if you’re interested or have any questions! Happy to do a FaceTime tour or show you the place in person.

Upfront costs: first month’s rent, security deposit. Rent is $1400 for now, and lower if we decide to fill the 4th room.
