We're a couple already living in a 3-bedroom apartment at 10 Edison Green in Dorchester and looking for two friendly, respectful roommates to join us. We have the master bedroom with its own bathroom — the other 2 rooms are private and the two of them would share a dedicated bathroom .
Common areas (living room, kitchen, dining space) are fully furnished, while bedrooms are unfurnished. Fair warning: there may be a cat in the household — we'll be upfront before anything is finalized.
Getting around: 7-minute walk to the JFK/UMass Red Line, and about 10 minutes by car to Castle Island, South Boston, downtown Boston, and Quincy. Grocery store within a 10-minute walk, shopping plaza 5 minutes away.

Rent: $1,400/month per room
Lease: 12 months starting September 1
Due at signing: First month + security deposit ($2,800)
