Looking for third roommate

My roommate and I are looking for a third to move in with us! We are in a triplex located in North Dorchester on the second floor. The two of us are college students (both male, 21 and 20 yo). We don’t throw a ton of parties but we’re both pretty social and like to either go out or have friends over on occasion. We’re fairly neat and like to keep things as clean and tidy as possible, but we aren’t super neat freaks. We’re in close proximity to the JFK/UMass train station. There’s street parking up and down our street as well as in the surrounding neighborhoods. Rent is $965 a month (per person - total is $2,895) plus utilities (which we also split three ways), aside from water, which we aren’t charged for. We try to keep utility costs as low as possible.

The room is 11 x 10ft and has a closet, as well as space for a desk, dresser, and full-sized bed, but how you organize your things will really dictate how much space you have.

We’re both friendly and easy to talk to, and we stress the importance of making sure a shared space is kept to one another’s standards. Ideally we’re looking for someone who could be here for a year, because that’s what we have resigned our lease for. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly (we don’t have any pets of our own but our downstairs neighbors do). If you smoke that’s fine, neither of us do, aside from on occasion.
