Looking for 2 Roommates!!

Hi! I’m Jaymie, I’m 26, and I’m looking for a couple roommates as mine are moving out at the end of our lease (it ends Aug. 31st).

Overall, I’m a pretty chill person. I work in the mental health field. I’m trying to get back into working out at the moment as well. I enjoy going out as much as I do staying in. I do my best to keep things clean and l’m generally pretty quiet.

This second floor apartment is located in Dorchester. It’s about a 5-7 min walk away from the JFK/UMass stop on the red line, and really close to an onramp for i93, so there’s easy access to transportation.

For shared spaces, there’s one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a small room that we’ve just been using as storage space. There’s also a shared closet/cabinet in the living room that we share-it pretty much serves as a pantry, everyone gets one shelf each.

Room 1 is the largest bedroom in the apartment. It does not have a closet but you can use the one in the storage room. It’s directly connected to the bedroom.

Room 2 is on the smaller side in comparison, but it does have a closet.

Both rooms will be unfurnished. The living room is going to be unfurnished as well since my current roommates are going to be taking their furniture with them, so we can choose to do the living room however we’d like. There’s at least going to be a table and chairs in the kitchen.

Laundry is in the basement and you do have to pay to use the washer and dryer.

Lastly, we do have access to a porch/balcony as well.

No pets. Water is included in the rent, but we pay for internet, gas, and electricity. We split the bills 3 ways.
