Sunny Attic Apartment. Roof Deck & parking

Subletting my sunny attic apartment while I’m away in Europe (April 22- Mid July). The apartment sits atop a historic 1900s bow-front house on a hill in Boston. Third floor, bright and modern, with a glass kitchen door opening onto a private roof deck with skyline views. Surrounded by mature trees, filled with plants, great natural light throughout.

The full apartment is yours for the summer. I keep my belongings in one small room that functions as my walk-in closet — it stays locked while I'm away. Everything else is completely yours: big bedroom, full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and roof deck.

Includes a cozy projector for movie nights, fully equipped kitchen, and free street parking or dedicated private parking for 120$/ month. All bills included (electricity, gas, water, fast wifi). Professional cleaning every two weeks is included also in the price. The only exception: if electricity exceeds $100/month due to heavy AC use, the tenant covers the difference. The exterior of the building is being professionally repainted in late June — scaffolding and painters outside for approximately 2-3 weeks with some noise and limited deck access during that period.
Available April 22 – July 11. Two month minimum.
