Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 bed / 1 bath all women’s apartment. I’m relocating to North Carolina for a new job opportunity, so I’m hoping to fill the room by March 1st (latest April 1st). The lease runs through August 31st, with the option to renew directly with the landlord if desired.

About the household:
We’re a culturally diverse home (Afro-Latina, Haitian, Ethiopian) and really value a warm, respectful, and social atmosphere. We enjoy cooking together occasionally, celebrating birthdays and holidays, and keeping a friendly, easygoing environment. The house has great energy and everyone is clean, considerate, and easy to live with.

The Room:
The room is the second largest in the apartment and very spacious. It can comfortably fit:
• Queen size bed
• Two dressers
• Vanity
• Desk
• Additional storage if needed

Location:
Located in Roxbury (right on the Roxbury/Dorchester line) on a quiet residential street with mostly families and retirees.
• Close to multiple bus line, very close to Ruggles and Nubian station.
• Near grocery stores and shops
• Walking distance to Roxbury YMCA

We also have a sweet kitten in the house, her name is Praline 🐾❤️.(photos)She is curious and playful.

Rent:
• $800/month
• Utilities split (heat, electric, WiFi)
• Water included (paid by landlord)

We’re looking for someone who is mature, friendly, and values a peaceful but social home environment.
