Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to join our peaceful home in Dorchester’s beautiful Melville Park neighborhood.

The condo is a spacious 4 bed / 3 bath on a quiet, tree-lined street with other homeowners (street is well taken care of) on the top floors of a 2-condo building. Great location — tucked away enough to feel restful, but only a short 2-minute walk to the Shawmut T (Red Line subway station) and about 15–20 minutes by car to downtown, the beach, or the airport. Grocery stores (Market Basket, Target, Price Rite, Star Market, Stop and Shop), restaurants, and South Bay shopping are all nearby.

-First-floor bedroom (nice privacy; other bedrooms are upstairs)
-Your own bathroom (shared only if we have guests)
-Sunny bay windows + big closet
-$1,245/month (includes all utilities + WiFi)
-Lease: 6–12 months with option to extend

-Updated fully furnished condo in a two-family house (your room and bathroom will be unfurnished)

-Dorchester Street permit parking M-F 8am-6pm and off-street parking in the back (available right now!)
-Current household: myself (homeowner) + PhD student in his 30s (works from home)

We keep things friendly, cooperative, and considerate while also respecting each other’s privacy. It’s important to me that this feels like a supportive home, where everyone does their part to keep the space clean and comfortable, but we mostly keep to ourselves. Quiet, respectful living and being a good neighbor and roommate are really valued here.
