I have central air, front and back porches, a washer/dryer in the kitchen, dishwasher. The living room and dining room area is a nice open, airy space.

The room is furnished as shown in the photos and has a closet. All utilities are included.

The historic and diverse Meeting House Hill neighborhood is centered around the beautiful Ronan Park, which is at the end of our street. We are less than 10 minutes walking distance from Fields Corner train station (on the Red line, only 4 stops to downtown Boston) and coffee shops, restaurants, banks, stores, etc. The heart of Dorchester!
