The property has a second floor entrance with spacious 9x10 bedrooms on third floor. Renting by the room. It is actually a three bedroom apartment. I am only going to rent out two of the bedrooms (at $1600 per individual) so that individuals can have their own own office space…the two individuals would have to share living room, dining room , bathroom and kitchen. I do not intend to put a washer/dryer until I get an assessment on how much it would cost to have two individuals in the unit for an extended period of time and what that would look like in terms of gas and electricity. Whoever moves in first gets to determine whether or not, they would be more comfortably a male or female roommate… rooms are intended for individuals, not couples…and the lease will not permit for extended stay guests. If you interested, I can send you an application invite and we can schedule time for you to see the apartment before you complete an application online.
