Short-term rental by day or week during Boston's 2026 World Cup matches. Minimum stay is 3 nights at $200/night. One double bed in fully furnished 2rd floor bedroom in a beautiful Victorian house. The house is owner occupied, clean and fully renovated with lots of sunshine and beautiful architectural details. It is located in an upscale Dorchester neighborhood. Share new bathroom with 2 other housemates.
This is a private home so we enjoy friendly people. Enjoy a classic New England Victorian home with Boston locals.
Three easy going cats live here along with three quiet professional females.
Walk to Shawmut Red Line subway in 5 minutes for a short ride to South Station where you will get the train to Boston/Gillette Stadium for the soccer matches. The Red Line subway also goes to downtown Boston, Seaport, Cambridge, Somerville, MGH, MIT, Harvard and many other colleges and museums. Walking distance to grocery stores, banks, post office, great restaurants. This is perfect if you prefer a calm, quiet, home environment.
We are looking for 1 or 2 fully vaccinated guests, mature, quiet, clean, drama-free, responsible young adults, couples or mother and older child. The house has many steps and is not suitable for young children. References and deposit required.

No drugs, heavy drinking, partying or visitors.
