Optional to keep bed and night stand remaining furniture will be removed and closets will be emptied. Apartment is in great location with access to public transit (92 and 93 buses, and 15 minute walk to orange line). Lease would be available until September 1, 2026 with option to renew with landlord. First and last due at signing. Hot water included. Utilities not included electric, gas, internet, tv.

About myself:

I have been living here for multiple years but do not plan on renewing my lease this fall. The apartment is great with easy access to the city and commuting to downtown. I mainly work from home and when not working I enjoy going out in the city with friends or my girlfriend, watching Boston Sports, and cooking. I am a tidy person and like to have a clean apartment at all times.
