Hello, my name is Paul (28M) and I am looking for a male roommate to fill in the other room in a 2-bedroom Charlestown unit for a one-year lease starting January 1st for $1600/month (utilities not included). The unit features 1.5 bath with in-unit laundry, baseboard heating and A/C, and furniture as pictured. I am a postdoctoral research fellow who has been living at this residence for one year and am looking to extend my lease for another year. I really value how quiet, clean, and safe the area is. The unit is steps away from two primary bus routes and a ~10-minute walk from the Community College Orange line subway station. In nearby walking distance is also a Whole Foods grocery store, gyms, and several restaurants. I am very clean, independent, and do my best to communicate.
