The Apartment:

* Two-story townhouse with in-unit laundry and central A/C.
* Two full bathrooms, shared living room, and large kitchen with island, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
* Roommates are graduate students and working young professionals who are friendly, respectful, and mostly keep to themselves.
* Responsive, accommodating landlord who has been happy to provide additional furniture and shelving when needed.

Location & Transit:

* 30-second walk to Green Line B Branch (Chiswick).
* 8-minute walk to the 501 express bus to downtown.
* 10-minute walk to Green Line C Branch (Englewood).
* 12-minute walk to Green Line D Branch (Reservoir).
* 10-minute walk to Whole Foods, CVS, and Chestnut Hill Reservoir, with its walking/running trails, baseball fields, and tennis courts.

I’ve lived here for six years and have had a great experience! It’s a spacious, comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.
