One roommate needed for Oak Square apartment.

$900/month one bedroom in a 4bed/1bath in Oak Square! September 1st move-in.
Hello! My name is Ryan, and I am a current tenant of the apartment trying to renew my lease. All three of my present roommates are leaving and we currently have two future roommates signed-on. I am a law student at BU. The other two are a master's student at Boston College and an undergraduate student at Northeastern. We are all male in our early to mid-twenties. The apartment is near the 57 and 64 bus lines and is spacious with lots of windows. There is in-building laundry and gas, heat, and water are all included in the rent. The costs of wifi and electricity are factored into the $900 rent price in the title. From the lease terms, the actual cost of rent per person is $850, but the average monthly cost of electricity and wifi (paid by us) combined tend to be around $35-$50 per month, thus the $900 total estimation. The property managers are quite competent and fix things quickly.

We have no pets. The cat in the pictures is my current roommate's and will be moving out with her.
We are looking for one more roommate to fill the apartment. We are all generally pretty easy-going, and will be busy with school. We don't have a lot of preferences about background, just somebody who is committed to having a nice living environment and is communicative. There are two larger bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms. I am currently in one of the smaller bedrooms. Nobody else has claimed their specific room. Some of the furniture will be left in the house, making it a convenient place for someone just moving to Boston. I am very willing to try and help my roommates before the move-in process as a current tenant. I love this apartment and would love to have other people share it with me.
