This is a 4 unit apartment on the second floor of the building. The three current occupents are two current Babson college students and one other Babson student who graduated and started work. There are two bathrooms, a shared living room and office as well that arent used much. Location is nice and very close to almost anything you need. neighbors above and bellow are quiet. Rent does not incude utilities and wifi is Xfinity 1G at 50 a month that gets split 4 ways. We are looking for any college student or working professional to join the lease until its end on Jun 1st. idc if you smoke in general just no smoking in the apartment.
