Private Room, Shared Bathroom Brighton,MA

I am moving out in December and looking to fill my room. This is a sublet until August 2027 with the option to renew.

There are three girls (23, 26 and 28) looking for a roommate for our beautiful home in Brighton, preferably another female. We’re looking for someone that’s communicative, clean, tidy and easygoing. We are a LGBTQIA friendly household. One of my roommates has a cat that walks around the house, so we need someone responsible that’s ok with it. No more pets, sorry.

Bathroom is shared, laundry in unit.

The room is small, but the bed shown in the picture is a queen bed. There’s a built in closet.

2 min walk from the bus stop (86- Harvard), 6 min walk to the 64-Kendall/MIT stop, 10 min walk from Boston landing commuter rail, 7 min walk from the bus stop (57- Kenmore) and 20 min walk to the T stop (green line, B). No private parking is available, but street parking is for residents only, so there’s plenty of space. Stop and shop is a 10 min walk away, and there’s a 7/11, CVS and pizza shop 2 min away.

Rent is $725 plus utilities (wifi, electricity and gas. It varies according to the time of the year, but typically around $100 per person). Due at the beginning are first and last rent, as well as a security deposit of $500.

All photos are of the same room with different furniture layouts. The first one has a queen bed and the last photos have a full bed with a desk. Room will come unfurnished
