Private bedroom in Boston

We are in need of one more roommate alongside Jimmy and I for our main bedroom with its own bathroom. The Monroe apartments at 105 Washington St, Brighton, are newly furnished. It is a quieter place than Allston for those who favor such environment, but it is pretty accessible to restaurants, CVS, Whole Foods, and B train. The bedroom is vacant for the moment and allows for immediate moving-in. A bed, desk and chair are provided if needed. The apartment includes a washing machine and a dryer, and the building includes a gym and elevators.

The lease is signed till next August, but we could contact the management for official lease transfer at your time of moving out to a new tenant. The rent is $1,748 per month for the main bedroom, not including utilities. This is a 2B2B apartment - Jimmy lives in the other bedroom and I in the living room. Jimmy studies statistics and I music performance - we're both graduate students at BU, as Monroe apartment do not allow for undergraduates. We would prefer an easy-going male tenant who is okay with pets, since Jimmy might pet a cat.
