Bedroom available in a 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment in the Cleveland Circle area of Brighton. It is a well kept apartment in a walk up building on the third floor. The building is on quiet tree lined street and features some stained glass and hardwood floors, as well as accents like glass doorknobs.

Bedroom dimensions = 15 by 11 feet - (4.5 x 3.3 meters): Plenty of space for a full dresser, queen size bed, desk, etc...
Bedroom and common room both face Southwest and get plenty of natural light in the afternoons. Bedroom has a window A/C unit and a ceiling fan. 2 Closets in the bedroom, a closet at the front door for storage/coats, and another outside the bathroom for supplies, etc
Kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. The building has 2 washers/dryers on the main floor that can be operated via Bluetooth (app) so no coins are needed. There is also a wash/dry/fold laundromat located nearby.

Conveniently located close to all three major Green Line branches. B-line is at the end of the street, C&D line are both about an 8 minute walk. The 86 Bus picks up close by for anyone needing to commute to North Brighton (Harvard campus) or Harvard Square (MBTA Red line).

Boston College, Boston University, CVS, Star Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Coolidge Corner, Washington Square, and a number of restaurants, bars, etc.... close by.

Extremely convenient to the Longwood medical area for anyone working at BIDMC, Brigham and Women's, Children's Hospital, or Dana Farber. Just grab the D-line from Reservoir and get off at Longwood, it is approximately a 30/35 minute commute door to door when walking/taking the T. Or you can ride your bike there during the warmer months.

The common areas and kitchen are already furnished, all you need is to bring your bedroom furniture. Street parking is available but I would recommend a resident parking permit.
