Looking for someone to join our lease for a 9/1 move-in date, who is respectful, responsible, and easy-going. You'll get a spacious bedroom with access to all shared common areas. Washer/dryer in the unit. Heat and hot water are included; all other utilities are split 3 ways. 2-minute walk to the green line and on-street parking can be available with resident permit.
