One room available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Brighton apartment shared with two easygoing, respectful roommates (both staying on the lease). I'm relocating to NYC for school, so my spot is opening up.

The location is hard to beat — minutes from Boston College and the Green Line, with easy access to downtown Boston, the Longwood area, and other campuses. Two off-street parking spots are included, which is rare for this area and price point.
The apartment has central air, a dishwasher, and laundry on-site — and heat and hot water are included in rent, so you're only covering electric and internet on top. With two full bathrooms between three people, there's no morning traffic jam.

The room is unfurnished, $1,200/month. September 1 move-in with a 12-month lease. The landlord requires a standard application and credit check to be added to the lease (co-signers are fine). Sorry, no undergrads.
