Hi, my name is Eddie and I am looking for a roommate for a September 1st move in date. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath apartment on comm ave, around 750 square feet. A decent sized kitchen and a small balcony overlooking the back parking lot. Heat and hot water included. Easy access to the B line and C line. One parking space is included in the rent, with easy access to free street parking as well. No laundry in the unit, but there is a laundromat within walking distance. No larger pets allowed, but a smaller pet like a cat should be fine.

The available room has a window overlooking comm ave as well as two large closets.

I have lived here for almost two years and it has been great so far. A great location with easy access to a lot of transportation options. We are also very close to the chestnut hill reservoir.

I am a service industry professional working around 50-55 hours a week on average. I tend to be more of a night owl, I leave home around 11:30 and get home between 10:30 - 11:30 on any given night.
