Hello,

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the months of June to August. The apartment is located in Brighton, MA off of Commonwealth Ave, and is walking distance to the B, C, and D line Ave on the MBTA. Rent is 1400$/month+ electricity, which usually comes out to around 30$/ month.

The apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath and I have 1 male roommate who will not be living in the place this summer. Unfortunately no pets of any kind are allowed as per our lease.

The exact move-in/move-out dates can be negotiated, but I would be looking for somebody to take the place for around 3 months.
