I’m looking for someone to to sublet my room as soon as March 1 for the remainder of the lease through July 31, but can be flexibile with move in date. Rent is 1050/month + utilities.

The apartment has two levels. Downstairs has kitchen, dining room, living room, guest room/study, and **laundry**!! Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and a huge storage space. The landlord is very kind and responsive.

Located in Oak Square area of Brighton, easy walk to coffee, groceries, restaurants, CVS, etc. Free street parking is very easy and available.

You would be with 3 roommates, all females in early 20s who are working and/or in grad school. One roommate has a very sweet and playful cat! We like to hang out and watch TV together.
