Lease Transfer Through 8/31: 4Bed/2Bath In Brighto

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 4bed/2bath apt, available March 1st (can possibly be flexible for slightly later). This will be a lease transfer through the end of August 2026, with the option to renew! Female or female identifying individuals ONLY please!

About the apartment:

- 2nd floor apartment (no elevator)
- Right by Brighton Center
- ~5 min walk to bus routes 57, 65, 86, 501

- Rent: $900 on the 1st of each month
- Utilities are typically around $90/person per month (electricity, gas, + WiFi), varies depending on the season
- Landlord is asking for Security + Last Month rent as a deposit, totaling $1,775
- Free street parking ONLY (no permit required)
- Free laundry in basement, shared with downstairs neighbors (a couple and their 2 young kids)
- Central AC/Heating
- Responsive landlord
- One of our roommates has 2 cats, Schmidt & Cece, so we unfortunately can’t have any more pets :(
- You would be living with 3 other girls and sharing a bathroom with 1 other person

About the room:
- Largest room in the apartment, roughly 13x12.5ft
- Lots of natural lighting
- Since this room does not have a closet, I am willing to leave behind two clothing racks, the dresser, and small 3-tiered shelving unit. I can also leave the curtains since I won’t need them where I’m moving.
