Seeking a roommate to fill a bedroom in a 3-bed, 1.5 bath. Brighton, MA / Oak Square by March 1, latest. Can possibly accommodate a sooner move-in. Rental term is until 9/1 and easily renewable for another year if desired. Seeking a roommate who is easy going, clean, and respectful of space / noise level.

- Rent: $930/month

Your bedroom:

Your roommates:

- Max works in office Mon-Fri as an accounting associate for a company that specializes in promotional marketing. He’s into soccer, auto-racing, computer games, and discgolf.

- Rex works Mon-Fri, as a digital media specialist, typically on a hybrid schedule. Uses the kitchen occasionally for cooking when home.

- This is a fairly calm household; open to guests but certainly not a party house. Both roommates keep to themselves and use the common spaces of the home sparingly.

Parking:

- Have a car? Cool! On street parking is available (unassigned) and doesn’t require a permit.

- We have a driveway that allows for two cars, where both Max and Rex typically park, but we can be flexible in figuring out how to best share that space.

Public Transportation:

- The 64 bus stop is accessible at the end of our street, which leads to the Kendal MIT area in Cambridge. The 501 bus, which leads downtown, is a 10 minute walk away.

Nearby highlights:

- Washington Street at Oak Square — a 10 minute walk away — offers plenty of bars, cafes, etc.

- A 24-hour iHop and McDonalds are right down the road — 2 minutes of a drive away — on Soldiers Field Road.

- Watertown’s Arsenal Yards — bars, restaurants, and clothing shops (6 min drive away)

- Nearby grocery stores include Trader Joe’s (7 min drive), Stop and Shop (7 min drive), and Kiki’s Kwik Mart (3 min drive), Brooks Variety (convenience store, 2 min walk)

- Live music venue, Roadrunner, and the New Balance headquarters is a 5 minute drive away.

Rental Application Process:

- Our landlord typically requires ID (Passport or Driver’s License) and submission of last 3 month’s pay stubs. Again, first month’s rent and security deposit are required.
