Next to a stop and shop and several new restaurants and roadrunner. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving cities or I would never leave! W/D in unit, with additional coin laundry across the hall if needed. Next to the commuter rail, easy bike ride to BU. This complex does not allow undergrads. rents to med, grad students and working professionals etc.

the lease price is $3297.00 a month with the option to rent a garage space for $350. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (~$50 month). **I am open to negotiation (I. e. covering a month of rent, paying for parking , etc, keeping my deposit) .**

Lease take overs require an approval process so please message if interested and I can give you information on the documents needed by the office to qualify. The security deposit remains with the unit so the only additional fee at signing is to pay me the deposit and you will receive it back from the leasing office once you move out.
