Located on Washington St. in Brighton and Close to Comm Ave. 1 Block to the B Green Line (Washington St is an express stop/start), 2-3 Blocks to Whole Foods, 1 block to a small Bodega (corner store) and a couple food places right around the block.

- [ ] The Building....
NEW Construction!!!! State-of-art boutique fitness center, super awesome spacious resident Sky Lounge, fully furnished roof deck with fire-Pits, Grills, and stunning city views (this will be amazing for 4 of July), Club House with Business Center and High-Speed Wi-Fi, Secured Parcel Lockers and Bike Storage and Lockers, the building has keyless access to enter the main building and the unit itself with a FOB or app controlled.

- [ ] Common / Shared Areas....
Rear facing 2 Bedroom 2 bath unit on the 6th Floor!! The apartment is fully furnished, all you'll need to bring is your bedroom furniture and bathroom stuff. Large Sunny Living Room with floor to ceiling windows, a large 96in warm chocolate deep (43in) leather sofa with a 65in TV. Free Washer and Dryer in unit. My style is warm and inviting, somewhere at an intersection of mid-century modern, eclectic with a little flare as seen from the pictures. Galley style kitchen fully stocked with essentials like Cups, Plates. Bowls, Silverware, Utensils, Knives, Appliances, Bakeware and Cookware. There is a stove and range and microwave, and the fridge has an icemaker. Just bring your own food. My hope is we share most of the kitchen stuff, but I am open to any ideas. I am still looking to add a couple of pivotal pieces to the place but still on the hunt for the right ones.

- [ ] Your Spaces....(see the last three pictures)
You will have the smaller of the two bedrooms (10x10) with Large Closet and a Floor to Ceiling Window. See Photos…Will accommodate either a queen bed and dresser or full or twin size with dresser, and desk. Very typical from what I have seen in new construction. Probably not idea for Work from Home folks, but that is up to your discretion. Your bathroom will also be the public bathroom in the main part of the apartment. See layout.

There is no parking for the building available. However, you can get a resident sticker (Allston/Brighton) and street park. Also sorry but no other pets allowed per landlord. Sorry!!!

- [ ] Terry (He Series Pronouns) single early 40's gay cis male, goof ball, dorky, clean, quiet, generally more introverted at home. I work full time in the office at a LGBTQIA+ community health center in Fenway in Medical Admin Monday - Friday 730am to 5pm. My hobbies include hiking, camping during most of the spring, summer, and fall, Legos, cooking, music and cars.

- [ ] Your other Roommate is Kira, a 4-year-old Black and Tan German Pincher about 40 lbs., she is super shy at first but super cuddly when you get to know her, and a complete goof ball. She is very active and loves to run and jump. (You should know that she is allowed on all the furniture including sofa and that she will be kenneled when I am at work or away from the house.)  

- [ ] General Idea of the Prospective Roommate….
Ideally, I would like to find someone who is quiet, clean, and most importantly respectful, and is willing to have open communication about things in the household soi that thing can be resolved before they become something larger, at minimum a working professional 20-40’s, no age hangups if you’re settled... Not into the party lifestyle, small get together with a few friends are okay, but nothing more please.

Monthly Cost
Rent is $1200 per month + Utilities split 50/50 (Water, Gas, Electricity and Trash and Sewer) + 20 monthly (Household Supplies shared (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies)

- [ ] Move in cost:
First Month (1200) + Last Month (1200) + Security (700) which will be returned at the end of the lease barring any cleaning or damage that needs to be repaired. Total = 3,100.00.

- [ ] Lease Terms.
Full 12-month lease. You will be subleasing the Room from me, but a Standard Boston Lease will be in place.

- [ ] References (2 prior landlord referrals are needed)
