Beautiful Cleveland Circle (Boston, MA)

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to replace me on the lease for a beautiful Cleveland Circle area (Brighton) apartment from May 1 through August 31. Minutes from the Boston College Reservoir (pictured), B, C, And D Green lines on the T (all easily walkable), the unit is spacious and easily accessible on the first floor!

The current rent for the unit is $1,133 per month - very reasonable for this area. Heat and hot water are both included, but electricity and gas are paid separately (and are reasonable bills as well). The unit also includes a rare, in-unit washer and dryer set, as well as a small office room, and a small room for storage / multipurpose use.

We are a group of three young working professionals with hybrid work schedules. You would be replacing me in the bedroom pictured. The unit has two full bathrooms, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The kitchen and living room are spacious as well (pictured). Also, you would be able to renew the lease for the Sept 1, 2024- Aug 31, 2025 leasing period, should you wish to stay (upon approval of the landlord, and you would need to resign).

Please note, our landlord does not accept rental applications from current undergraduate students - young working professionals are strongly preferred. He also unfortunately does not accept pets.
