2 Roommates Wanted Move-in date 9/1/2023

I am looking for two professionals to sign a 1 year lease with move-in date 9/1/23. It’s a 3 bed 2 bathroom spacious house in Brighton (about 10min walk to Harvard Business School). One of the downstairs bedrooms is available and has access to a shared bathroom (you would be sharing with me) for $1300/mo. Upstairs there is a spacious master bedroom & large private bathroom for $1600/mo. The house has a large shared open concept living space and kitchen with appliances. There is also an extra small room towards the front of the house that can be used for extra storage, overnight guests, and/or an office/workout space.

UTILITIES:
Rent includes hot water and trash pick up. Other utilities not included in the rent are electricity, gas, and internet. These utilities will cost on average an extra $50-200 a month depending on the season.

LOCATION:

Grocery stores super close to the house (less than 5 min drive) include Star Market and Trader Joe's. The Arsenal Mall is a 10 min drive. There are many great restaurants and takeout places nearby. There are also plenty of parks and nice outdoor spaces in walking distance. Easy access to Harvard University campus and athletic facilities/stadium.

PUBLIC TRANSIT:
* 3 min walk to bus stop (86 to Harvard Sq & 70 to Central Square) You can get to the Red Line in Central square in 10-15 min.
* 15 min walk or 7 min drive to Boston Landing commuter rail station.

ABOUT ME:
I am a 29 year old male professional working in finance who recently moved in the Boston area. I like to watch sports games and stay active. I’m pretty extroverted and like to go explore the city and hit up new bars and restaurants when I have the time. I am very clean around the house and I am looking to live with two easy going roommates who are clean, considerate, and easy to communicate with.
