Spacious master bedroom with private bath in a 3 bedroom/2 bath room apartment available 5/11/26-12/31/26. Dates are flexible. Apartment building has a concierge, gym, rooftop pool, library, quiet areas, and laundry on every floor. The building is on the same block as the Green E line Prudential stop and steps from Back Bay and South End.

The apartment has a spacious private, quiet outdoor patio which is perfect for the warm weather. Roommates are two working professionals, a 23 year old woman who remotely from home some days of the week, and a 45 year old college professor who resides in Boston part time. Shared spaces include a small kitchen, living room, and patio. Room will come partly furnished with a Queen size bed, lights, nightstands, office desk/chair, and side chair. A lot of closet space for storage and a bathroom with a tub.

I'm looking for respectful working professional (preferably in their 30/40's) to take over the lease for the rest of the year while I am on a sabbatical with the explicit knowledge that you would move out and I would move back in January of 2027. Dates are flexible but I am looking for someone to take over for the entire period.
