The unit is a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. Currently, three girls live here, with the living room converted into an additional bedroom with a curtain partition. I am looking for a third person to take the large bedroom.

Rent and terms: This is a 2-month lease takeover (June-July) with a lease renewal starting in August. Utilities are not included (around 30-100$/person/month depending on season and usage).

Please note that rent will increase upon renewal in August 2026:

Large bedroom (dressing room attached): $1495 (June-July) -> $1545 (starting August)

Please also note that apartment management does not allow undergraduate students for lease transfers.

About the apartment: 2nd floor brownstone in Back Bay. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a dishwasher. Building amenities include laundry and responsive maintenance. Street parking is available with a Back Bay resident permit. The girls who currently live here are looking to sell their furniture for a low price as well!
