Back Bay/Fenway Apartment Summer Sublease

I am a student about to graduate college and looking to sublet my room in Back Bay/Fenway for the remainder of my lease, from mid May or the beginning of June through the end of August. My other 2 roommates are also graduating and subletting their rooms and we’ve agreed that the sublets will be an all female group to make it more comfortable for everyone. The rent is $1467/month and the utilities (electricity, gas, wifi) come out to be about $50/month. I plan to take my desk with me but could leave my bed, mattress, vanity, and shelf, unless you prefer the room be unfurnished. There is no common/shared space besides the kitchen and bathroom. It is a super cute and charming apartment in a great location. Most of the other residents are students or young adults.

- Maintenance is very responsive and helpful
- Other two roommates will be subletting separately but it will be a female only household to make it more comfortable for everyone.
- About 10 min walk from both the Green Line (Hynes) and Orange Line (Mass Ave)
- Building provides an in window AC unit per request
