The room will be available from May 25th to August 31st. Utilities are around $50/month. A bed, desk, dresser, lighting, night stand, and substantial closet space will be available. One other roommate will be living in the apartment during the summer. Laundry room is right next to apartment unit, as well as the outside trash area for ease of access.
