Perfect Room Stunning Brownstone FABULOUS Location

This gem won't last long!

You would effectively only be sharing the apartment with one person for most of the year because one of the roommates travels a lot and is usually gone for 3-4 months at a time, rarely spending more than 2-4 weeks in the apartment between trips. One is a female finance professional (late 30s) and the other is a soon to be medical student (early-30s) . Weekdays are pretty quiet, we're generally out on Saturday evenings, and like to have people over for the occasional dinner party or movie night. We have a strong preference for someone who is generally tidy, and cleans up after themselves in the shared spaces.

The Neighborhood:

Beautiful tree-lined safe street in the St. Botolph neighborhood.

Steps from the Green line (Prudential stop), Orange line (Back Bay and Mass Ave!), and the Number 1 bus that is a direct route to Central Square and Harvard Square (Red line connection).

Walking distance to three grocery stores- Star Market on Huntington, Symphony Whole Foods, South End Emporium on Columbus Ave.

You will be right next to Titus Sparrow Park which has tennis courts, basketball courts and Summer Music Concerts every Wednesday evening. It is a delightful, safe, and friendly place to live!

You're also a stone's throw from a host of restaurants on Columbus Ave and Tremont Street, little coffee shops, bistros and bakeries, as well as near nightlife and shopping on Huntington, Boylston, and Newbury streets.

The Apartment:

A large second floor apartment in a beautiful brownstone, with an attentive landlord who really takes care of the property and also lives in the brownstone.

The apartment has stunning architectural features like coved ceilings, exposed brick walls, oak floors, and stainless steel appliances. An additional high-utility perk is the automatic lights in all closets- which turn on when the closets are opened and turn off when they are shut.

Fully furnished with curated high-end designer furnishings.

Amenities:
Laundry in building - with a washer and dryer in the basement. The city issues a neighborhood parking permit at no cost if you have a car.

The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you need an instant pot, or kitchen aid, immersion blender, or four different ways to make coffee.

Utilities:
All utilities including electric, high speed cable, and cleaning service run about $150-200 per person per month.

Furnished with a full bed, desk, desk chair, footstools, and dresser, it also features a closet with plenty of storage space.

Beautiful, ornamental fireplace with original ceramic tile .
Four large bay windows.
Gets loads of light in the summer and the winter. A lovely place to read a book with a cup of coffee, play board games with your friends, and lots of room for hosting movie nights.

Dining Room:

Exposed brick wall, two large windows, fully furnished, what's not to love?! Accommodates a large dining table, a credenza/ sideboard/ buffet, and still has room for additional seating.

Kitchen:
(14'3" X 9'6")
Ample cabinets and storage space, stainless steel appliances, a glass electric cooktop, and plenty of counter space, with a charming vintage detail of a pass-through window to the dining room. And lots of extra built-in lighting for the workspaces. Also features an exposed brick wall.
