The apartment occupies the first floor of a three-story house in Lower Allston. The room has a window overlooking the front yard and street and receives plenty of sunlight! The property is surrounded by mature trees, giving the apartment a peaceful, leafy atmosphere.

In addition to the bedrooms, the roommates share a kitchen/dining area, and bathroom.

About the Current Roommate
She is in her mid twenties and works as a medical assistant full time while also attending school to progress her career.

She’s friendly, kind, and is busy most of the week with a packed schedule.

Currently leaving the 3rd bedroom vacant for renovation.
Looking for someone who is considerate, respectful, friendly, and comfortable sharing a home with others.

This is a smoke-free apartment, and the available room is for one person only (no couples, please). One cat is allowed.
