Three women in their 20s currently live in the apartment and are looking for one additional female roommate to join the home, near Trader Joe’s in Lower Allston! One bedroom remains available, with move-in available November 1st 2026. Prime location next to buses 66, 86 to access Harvard Sq and 70 to Central Sq.

About the Apartment
→ The house is located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood next to the Gardner Pilot Academy. The room has a window overlooking the front yard and street and the house is surrounded by mature trees giving the apartment a peaceful, leafy atmosphere.
→ The apartment occupies the top two floors of a three-story house in Lower Allston. There are two bedrooms on each floor, and the available bedroom is on the second floor.
→ The roommates share a kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

About the Roommates
→ The three current roommates are women in their 20s who are friendly, respectful, and considerate of one another.
→ We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and easygoing and would enjoy being part of a comfortable, respectful home.
→ Everyone has their own schedules and activities, but they're friendly and enjoy having a positive, welcoming household.

→ Rent: $1100/month

→ Tenants split the electric, gas, and internet bills
→ Laundromat is a 5-minute walk (or 1-minute drive) from the house
