Looking for a fifth roommate urgently!!!
Located at 48 Allston st, unit 2. Up for offer is a spacious private room in a 5 bedroom house in Allston. The house features 2 floors, a large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, and a fire escape.
We are all male undergrad students at MassArt aged 19-24. We all value having a clean common space and are very respectful.
Rent is 925+ utilities, which would be due in triple for first, last, and broker’s fee. Move in is September 1st, however we are willing to work with a later move in date, or a solution that involves paying first and last back over time, since move-in is so soon.
