Looking for a roommate for a recently renovated 2BR/1BA apartment in Allston at 86 Glenville Ave, right off Comm Ave near the Harvard Ave B-line and Packard's Corner.

Rent is $1,150/month per person. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Electric, gas, and wifi are split separately, usually about $100/person/month, so total comes to around $1,250/month.

The apartment features hardwood floors throughout, a new kitchen, and a nice bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. There is no in-unit laundry, but 3-4 laundromats are within a 5-minute walk (Star Laundry Club on Comm Ave is highly rated). A portable washer will also be available in the unit for light loads.

Move-in date is August 29 or September 1. The lease runs through August 2027.

About me: I just graduated with an MS from Northeastern this August and work at an investment firm in Somerville. Non-smoker, easygoing, clean, respectful of shared space. Looking for someone similar — clean, chill, and responsible with rent.
