Looking for someone to take over my lease from around May 12th-August 31st (it is first available May 12th, but can be negotiated). It is an unfurnished private queen bedroom in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment in Allston, MA. Rent is $1184, but I pay $1300-1500 total monthly after utilities and fees have been applied. Common rooms are furnished. Unit is on the fourth floor, no elevator access. May need to pay an upfront fee/security deposit. No parking included, unsure if pets are allowed. Bedroom door locks. Rooms are rented out individually, so there may be other occupants! Currently, I have two male roommates. Common rooms are furnished. Laundry in building. Heat and AC.
