Dates available: June 1 – August 31
(Flexible start date: May 9 onward possible)

The apartment is conveniently located near the Green Line B (Harvard Avenue stop) and within walking distance to grocery stores, CVS, gym, restaurants, and shops. Easy commute to Boston University and downtown Boston.

About the apartment:
- Fully furnished
- Private bedroom
- Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room
- Quiet, well-maintained building with responsive management

Roommate situation:
- Female-only apartment
- You’ll live with my current female roommate for around two months
- Later in the summer, the second room may be sublet to another female (fully vetted!) for one month or could remain empty

Cost & utilities:
- Rent: $1,400/month (heat + hot water included)
- Utilities: Electricity not included
- Wi-Fi: Set up; cost split with other roommate
- Fee: $250 administrative fee required by management

House rules / notes:
- Please notify me beforehand if you have any pets to acquire permission
- Non-smoker
- No musical instruments
