Hi! I’m looking for one roommate to join my lease in Brighton starting September 1st. I’ve been living here for the past year and really love the apartment and neighborhood, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll be a good fit for the home

About the apartment:
• $1,600/month + ~$75–100 utilities/internet
• First + last month required
• 2BR/1BA — private bedroom, shared bathroom
• In-unit washer & dryer
• Balcony + bike storage
• ~2 min walk to the Green Line B and ~8 min to the C
• Right by Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants/cafés
• No pets (building policy)

I'm a working professional who loves traveling, hiking, camping, swimming, and exploring. At home, I'm pretty relaxed and independent, but friendly and happy to hang out/chat when we're both around. I like having a comfortable, clean home and definitely enjoy playing music.
Looking for a working professional or grad student who's clean, communicative, respectful of shared spaces, and pays rent/bills on time. Woman preferred, but I'm open to anyone who's a good roommate fit.

The landlord process is pretty straightforward: application, first + last month required.
