I am looking for someone to sublet my room in Brighton ASAP. The apartment is right on Commonwealth Avenue across from the green line and the room is available is the largest. The apartment is a 3X1 shared with two other girls in their twenties who work full time. Rent is $1325 a month with wifi and electric split separately. The room is unfurnished now and ready for move in. The lease runs until July 31st with the option to renew. A washer and dryer are also available in the building.
