I am a 33 year old young professional seeking a few roommates. Culturally rounded person with friends in over a dozen countries. I often lease with PhD International students on J1 visa or US young professionals who are respectful, easygoing and keep the common areas clean. Some recent roommates on exchange (male and female) from the UK, Italy, Korea, Spain, Germany, Australia, etc. I have two roommates moving out soon from Korea and Hong Kong. The condo is in close proximity to BC, BU, Harvard, EF, etc.

Condo was recently renovated in 2020. Current roommates: one researcher at Longwood Medical, one student at Boston College. All bedrooms include utilities and wifi. Laundry in-unit. Cube storage in the laundry room convenient for toiletries or personal items. More storage available with towel hooks in the bathroom for daily use. Location is very convenient for various public transit routes.
